Whitaker Morgan (“Whit”) joined RLG Capital as a Senior Associate in 2022. Prior to RLG, he was the sole Senior Associate in Credit Solutions at Silicon Valley Bank (“SVB”) where he consulted clients on debt and equity structuring and managed a portfolio of client relationships across the Utah and Colorado markets.

Earlier in his career, Whit assisted two Utah-based early-stage venture backed companies withtheir business strategy, M&A, Financial Planning, and business analytics while reporting directly to their C-Level executives and founding partners.

After completing an Internship at RLG Capital during the Summer prior to graduation, Whit began his career at Wells Fargo Bank in their Healthcare Corporate & Investment Banking Group, based in Boston, MA.

Whit brings to RLG Capital a diverse and well-seasoned finance, investment banking and private investment background after working with multiple firms in several sectors and positions all aligning with private equity and business strategy.

Whit received a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Connecticut. He enjoys spending time with his wife and son while skiing, mountain biking, playing soccer, bee-keeping and waterskiing.
